Hova is above ground, landing on top of the O2 Arena via helicopter, while Kanye West has been leaving his tracks all over the London soil. Since The Throne landed in London for their five-night gig, they’ve been leading totally different lives.

Jay-Z has kept a relatively low profile, only stopping to check out his boy Will Smith at the London premiere of Men In Black 3, while Yeezy has been hand-in-hand with Kim Kardashian all over the place.
The new couple stopped by awards shows, radio interviews, went on shopping sprees – all under the watchful and ever present eye of the flashing paparazzi cameras.

Now I’m not going to go in and say whose relationship is better. I’ve had my fair share of verbal knives from the Beyonce stans this week, because Lord knows, no one does it better than Beyonce.
But what I will say is that these two are leading totally different lives right now. Yeezy is diving into the world of fashion and films, while Jay-Z is opening arenas in Brooklyn and changing diapers.
Fatherhood and fashion have been known to lead many friends astray. And when you add in that both of these gentlemen are in two loving relationships, it becomes clear that these two are on different planes, different wavelengths and probably living in different worlds. I guess it goes to show the brilliance of Kanye, because on 808s he raps:
“My friend showed me pictures of his kids and all I could show him was pictures of my cribs. He said his daughter got a brand new report card and all I got was a brand new sports car.”
Well Kanye, this is your life! But for tonight, two lyrical giants will get off of their high horses and come together and bring the magic that was one of the best albums ever as we continue to Watch The Throne.
Who knows! Maybe ‘Ye should settle down and consider making little hip-hop babies and a playmate for Blue Ivy?
