Reports surfaced yesterday that Drake was going to be arrested after getting into a fight with Chris Brown at W.I.P. nightclub in NYC Thursday morning.
While they later turned out to be false, it looks like Drake and his team are also refusing to even speak to the police!

According to TMZ, a source spoke with them claiming that Drake’s camp won’t budge because they don’t want to be “snitches.”
The site reports:
As one source put it, “We’re no running-to-the-police ass n**gas.”
TMZ broke the story … Chris Brown and his lawyers have been cooperating with police.
As for Drake, law enforcement sources tell us the NYPD has spoken with his reps but they won’t be able to speak with the rapper until his lawyer comes to NYC.

The site also reported the night club where the bottle-throwing brawl took place has been closed down ‘indefinitely’ due to violations that don’t relate to the fight.
The attention the club received after the fight took place forced the Civil Enforcement Unit to look into the club for violations more closely, and found that there were too many to keep the club up and running.
While it would be helpful for Drake to speak to the police for the investigation, his Hip-Hop cred may have him wanting to refrain from being a “snitch.”
