It’s very clear that Rick Ross likes the finer things in life, with lyrical references to his money, cars, women, and oh, we can’t forget food.

Hip-hop’s “biggest Bawse that we’ve seen thus far” sat down with Bon Appetit magazine to reveal his favorite dishes, the perks of having a personal chef, and what entrees he can whip up himself, and it’s very obvious that MMG’s head honcho loves his cheese.

When asked about his reference to “waking up to a bowl of lobster bisque,” the Miami rapper responded:

“There’s a steakhouse in Miami called Prime One Twelve. I order three entrees that I know I’m not gonna finish, and save the lobster bisque for the following morning.”

On days when Ross can’t make a Prime One Twelve trip, trust and believe that all is not lost, as he has his own personal chef.

“It’s a 24-hour menu. You can get something light. You can get something heavy. I love Italian, but I may wake up in the middle of the day and want some tacos,” says Rozay about the perks of having his own chef.

But when his chef is off duty, Ross still knows how to provide himself with the finer things in life and spills the recipe for his infamous tilapia dish.

“I got one thing: I take the aluminum foil and I put a nice piece of tilapia on it, season it good, then put a bundle of broccoli and two or three slices of cheese over it. I fold it up and sit it on the grill. Voila!”

The owner of a Memphis Wingstop even reminisced on the days when he couldn’t eat the finer foods in life saying:

“I remember when I couldn’t afford to eat like this. It was ramen noodles and San Francisco Treat [Rice-A-Roni]. Dessert? Get you a honey bun and put a slice of cheese on it. Put it in the microwave for 45 seconds and you have the gift of a lifetime.”

Cheese on a honey bun? Guess you can’t knock it until you try it.
