Ariana Grande is blowing up faster than you can say boom.
The Victorious star, who just got co-signed by Justin Bieber when she covered his song “Die In Your Arms,” now landed her very own show on Nickelodeon.

A spin-off of iCarly and Victorious, the show is called Sam & Cat, and will follow Grande and her co-star Jennette McCurdy as they become roommates and start their own babysitting business. But that’s not all for Ariana. She’s also started working on her new album.
She recently revealed:
“I would write songs about what was happening in my life. So it’s really personal. It’s a Motown throwback and pop at the same time, so it’s ’50s and ’60s inspiration mixed with today.”
This soulful 19-year-old must love the Motown connection because she’ll be working with LMFAO’s Sky Blu, aka Berry Gordy’s grandson, on this album.
“We did a song together. That’s one of my favorites on the whole album so far. He’s amazing!”
A new show, amazing songs; Ariana’s got the best of both worlds – so much so, that she was trending on Twitter all day yesterday. The Ariana Army ain’t no joke.
