Wisconsin Governor, Scott Walker was one of the thousands of mourners who gathered Friday morning to pay their final respects to the six worshippers gunned down by white supremacist, Wade Michael Page, at their Sikh temple last weekend.

The service included prayers and hymns while afterward mourners returned to the temple and began a traditional rite called “akhand path,” a ceremony that involves a series of priests reading their holy book aloud from cover to cover. The process is intended to honor the memories of the six victims.
