Welcome to Friday! You made it! After you take a second to pat yourself on the back, remember that you still have the entire day to to get through. The ups is that once you are free, we have some great things that you can do today that are totally free of charge. This way you can hold onto your dough for the weekend.
If you happen to be in Venice or plan on visiting soon, today’s installment of Dollars & Sense is just for you. Check it out below.
Visit The Museo della Musica
This small museum, set up in the ex-church of San Maurizio, is run by the Rivoalto recording company. Serving partly as a sales and promotion outlet, the museum also contains an interesting collection of period instruments. The free visit to the building offers a chance to appreciate the neoclassical interior of the church, designed by Giannantonio Selva, the architect of the Fenice theatre.

Financial Tip Of The Day
Turn Off The Television.
One big way to save money is to watch less television. There are a lot of financial benefits to this: less exposure to guilt-inducing ads, more time to focus on other things in life, less electrical use, and so on. It’s great to unwind in the evening, but seek another hobby to do that.
