With the newly reunited founders of Dipset coming together for the first time since forever,  at a basketball tourny in ATL this past weekend, it really got me wondering what’s in a relationship based in business, but that covers the personal ground as well?

To most that cared, Dipset breaking up was like witnessing a king with out his royal court. Head honcho, Cam’ron looked lost and alone, compared to Jim Jones who seemed bossed up and riding the wave of commercial success. For Jim, the mega hit ‘Ballin” came first, then ‘Pop Champagne’, all the while, their coded and at times heated exchanges between different media outlets showed the true crack in the frame of their once unbreakable brotherhood.

Now with the mending of the egos and the public apology given by Jim Jones (I think mostly for riding with 50 Cent when 50 was attacking Cam), Harlem World can get back to making that hustla music (or in their words, ‘that money’). But first, let’s take a trip through some of my favorite Dipset tracks. Now before yall get all crazy, I kept it to the core three dudes. If you have faves from the other members, list them in the comments area. In all realness, 40 Cal. is one of the illest cats in DipSet, just putting it out there.

The intro to this is exactly how my crib was filled up. Jim Jones callin’ Cam to the window is super hood. (Had to start off with this, the humble days, ha!)

Peep how Jim Jones was rockin’ the full beard and Cam was on his pink player shit?
