X-Factor breakout star Marcus Canty recently signed to Epic Records and now he’s gearing up to release his debut EP titled This.. Is Marcus Canty later this spring.
The artist’s new single soulfully delivers the age-old tale of a relationship gone sour in the R&B groove “Used by You.”
The song illustrates his wide vocal range and is somewhat reminiscent of music influences Usher and Boyz II Men.

Marcus serves as the antagonist who shamelessly tells his lover, “I wanna be used by you…I’ll be your little friend on the side…”
