Roberto Cavalli is not a fan of filtering himself.
The 72-year-old fashion designer has taken shots at everyone from Anna Wintour to gay male designers. One such male designer in particular that Roberto seems to have a problem with is the Kaiser himself, Karl Lagerfeld.
In a recent interview with Hunger Magazine, the shade is at an all time high, when Roberto says:
“Just because you are an artist you don’t have to dress like that. Karl Lagerfeld, he looks ridiculous.”
Ouch! We guess the fashion world isn’t always as nice as we thought, but is the latest jab even warranted?

At one point, Roberto Cavalli even arrived at a Halloween party in a Karl costume!
We’re not sure what provoked the jab, but we have to admit that since Roberto has built an empire on men who want to dress like him, as well as amazing pieces for women, he may have a stronger stance in this fight.
We doubt Karl will respond on his own, but if asked, we just know his response will be a good one.
