In ‘Get Him To The Greek’ Jonah Hill, Diddy and Russell Brand set a new standard for funny movies. Now I love The Hangover, but ‘Get Him To The Greek‘ makes ‘The Hangover seem like a knock knock joke. I’m a huge fan of all 3 ‘Friday’ movies but I’ll choose Diddy as Sergio over Smokey and Day Day for my comedic roster in a heartbeat. I thought Get Him To The Greek was that good.
‘Get Him to the Greek’, is the story of a record company intern with three days to drag an uncooperative rock legend to Hollywood for a comeback concert. The comedy is the latest film from producer Judd Apatow starring Jonah Hill, Russell Brand and Diddy. The movie opens up with an old to an African Child, which is hilarious, as Russell Brand calls himself a White African Rockstar Jesus… or something like that.
Throughout the entire movie, I laughed myself to the point of tears. Diddy and Jonah Hill stole the show. Their comedic genius will have you spewing your $8 soda on the back of the neck of the person sitting in front of you. This movie is that funny. I recommend everyone to go see this movie when it comes out. FYI I am aware that the trailer for this movie does nothing to let you know exactly how funny this movie is.
