It was only a matter of time before French Montana and Nicki Minaj’s club hit “Freaks” received a remix.
French Montana enlisted the talents of dancehall artist Mavado to spice up the remix with more reggae inspiration. He also rounded up the usual suspects, Rick Ross, Wale, and DJ Khaled to spit a couple bars.
The “Freaks (Remix)” comes only days after French announced he’s shooting a video for his latest single “Gifted” with R&B singer The Weeknd.
“Freaks” is off French Montana’s debut album Excuse My French, which is scheduled to drop May 21.
Excuse My French will feature guest appearances by Diddy, The Weeknd, 2 Chainz, Ne-Yo, Snoop Dogg, Scarface, and many more.
