We Kan’t say that we didn’t see this one Koming.

After being slapped with a hefty lawsuit and embarking on a legal war longer than Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy, the Kardashian sisters have finally re-named their makeup line formerly known as “Khroma.”

The line was first slapped with a lawsuit back in October of 2012, when Los Angeles-based beauty company Chroma Beauty threatened the reality television family with a lawsuit if they didn’t change their name, followed by the second whammy by a Florida-based brand owned by Lee Tillett Inc., who owns Kroma Makeup.

The sisters pondered long and hard about the name, and came up with something they knew nobody else would quarrel about: Kardashian Beauty.
According to WWD:

“Boldface, along with Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian, are looking to the future and see this change as a positive move forward,” said Nicole Ostoya, chief executive officer of Santa Monica, Calif.-based Boldface. “We’re confident that it’s not the name that matters to our fans, but the Kardashian sisters’ commitment to making this line a true reflection of their love for cosmetics.”

The line has already hit the shelves with the name Khroma, but the new-labeled cosmetics should be out in stores such as Duane Reade, CVS, and Sears in about two to three weeks.
