Leave a bunch of celebrities in one place for long enough and things eventually start to get a little interesting! Cannes, France is still packed with some of the world’s most beautiful people as they hit red carpets and party on yachts, but rather than your average run-of-the-mill red carpets, things are getting exciting out in Cannes.
The 66th Annual Festival kicked off last Thursday to celebrate some of the most buzzed about films amongst those well-versed in the business, and it has been a continuous stream of red carpets, jewelry heists, designer dresses and celebrities ever since. And after a week of events, here is what you’ve missed in the last 2 days.
An impersonator put his Halloween costume and best blazers to work and had everyone at Cannes fooled; they thought he was Gangam Style singer PSY! Guess they all got PSYched out, but he did mingle pretty well. Maybe that’s why Marion Cotillard was so sad (above).
Janet Jackson finally joined the ranks of Oprah and Bill Gates as she entered the billionaires club! (The singer amassed $260 million in album sales, $458 million touring, and $304 million from acting). And how else do you celebrate that than by showing up to Cannes? The singer slash actress slash amazing everything showed up on the red carpet solo and kept it chic in a white suit.
