Imagine finding out you’re having five babies at once…without the help of fertility drugs.

That’s what happened to 23-year-old Alexandra Kinova of the Czech Republic, who naturally conceived quintuplets and gave birth to the tiny babies over the weekend.

It’s the first time in Czech history that such a birth has occurred. In fact, the odds of naturally conceiving quintuplets is 48 million to one!

According to the BBC, Kinova gave birth to four boys and one girl. The boys’ names are reportedly Deniel, Michael, Alex and Martin, while the girl is called Terezka.

The birth took place without any complications.

The quintuplet’s father told local newspaper Ceske Noviny about the train ride from his hometown to Prague. “I was crying all the way since I feared I would not manage it,” he said. He eventually made it in time to witness the birth. “They are beautiful, but they look quite alike,” the father said after to the BBC. “I hope this will change. They cried a lot, and I’m glad they’re in good shape.”

Kinova now has six kids…before the quintuplets she gave birth to a little boy. Congratulations to the couple!
