After Nicki Minaj gave Cassie a shout in a song when she said ‘I’m plotting on how I can take Cassie away from Diddy‘ The two of them have become the best of friends.
So as Nicki Minaj made a bunch of guest appearances, Cassie showed her support for Nicki by escorting her to stage and watching her friend perform during numerous guest appearances. I bumped into Cassie backstage while Nicki Minaj signed autographs and took pictures, we exchanged small talk, smiling the whole time. She even grabbed my camera and snapped a picture of us.
Cassie waited for her big moment on the stage the entire night, as she was the special surprise guest during the headline act with USHER. Cassie and Nicki Minaj walked out on stage together and the crowd went crazy. I am so happy these two are developing a great friendship. SOURCE
