The city of Wildwood, New Jersey is not about this sagging life – so much so that they’ve passed a law banning the trend and prohibiting people from wearing their pants in any saggy type of way.

As TMZ reports, if your pants sag 3 inches below the hips and expose underwear or skin, you could be in danger of receiving a $25-$100 fine for the first offense. And the fine skyrockets to $200 after that.

The biggest surprise? People caught sagging can also be punished with up to 40 hours of community service.

The Game, Bizzy Bone, and Mac Miller are three rappers who couldn’t care less about a law against their style. In fact, Game is encouraging people to sag in the New Jersey area, claiming he will pay the fines himself!

He tells TMZ:

“N*ggas should sag down to their socks out there. They trying to get people to not sag, please. Can’t tell people how to wear their f*cking clothes. What time are we in? This ain’t the f*cking slave days. F*ck that.

I am with the sagging movement. First five people to get fines, I will pay their tickets … I will go there and sag cause I am a sagging Sagittarius.”

Whoa, he’s got a real potty mouth! Bizzy Bones of Bone Thugs N’ Harmony also told the gossip site:

“Are they talking about black people? How can they do that? This is racist and ridiculous.”

In this day and age this kind of law affects white people too. Mac Miller, a white rapper who loves to sag, recently had this to say on the topic:

“I just think that’s ridiculous because no one has time to do that much community service. I sag and will sag anywhere I go.”

Right Mac!

Anywho, here are a few more pics of Game sagging below. We like that he’s so serious about his sh*t:
