Wale had the internet buzzing when word got out that he bought out an entire stock of Jordan 3s at New York City’s Flight Club and gave them to his friends and family.
Joining the long list of rappers who have showed their respect for Michael Jordan, Wale also pays homage to the basketball great on his Just Blaze-produced banger “88.”
Wale’s forthcoming album, The Gifted, features guest appearances by Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Wiz Khalifa, 2 Chainz, and many more.
