For the past three or so summers, Apple has continued to revolutionize their creation of the iPhone. The summer of 2010, however, hosts the best iPhone yet, with features never heard of until now. As an avid Apple user, I know firsthand the amazing quality of their products, especially the iPhone. So with so many smartphone options out today, I felt it was my responsibility to explain to you why exactly the iPhone 4 is the best purchase you can make all summer. So here’s why you absolutely NEED this phone:
FaceTime
Apple, as always, has taken it upon themselves to kick off a new trend for the future of technology. FaceTime is video calling for cell phones, and is set to be the future of cell phone communication. With the iPhone 4, phone conversations will never be the same. Having the two cameras on the phone itself (one in front and one in back), makes it easy to switch the video on and off from both sides. This feature alone is enough to make iPhone 4 the best smartphone out there.

5 Megapixel Camera With Flash
The 5 megapixel camera can be used to take both photos and videos. The best addition is the LED flash for the back camera. For this iPhone, Apple has added a camera on the front screen of the phone for its FaceTime calling feature, as well as self-portraits. What other phone have you heard of with TWO cameras?!
HD Video Recording
Now you can even use your iPhone for video recording, in HD! The LED Flash works for video recording, so feel free to take night time videos. Oh and did I mention you can edit your videos right on the phone? Well yes you can, using the new iMovie app.

Display
The screen of the phone, Apple calls Retina Display. You will NOT find another phone on the market that has a clearer, higher resolution screen as the iPhone 4.
Thinner Model
The iPhone 4, according to Apple, is about 1/4 thinner than the 3Gs, which I must say, is the thinnest smartphone I’ve seen yet. The stainless steel band that borders the sides of the phone makes this the sleekest iPhone up to date.
Need I say more? Now don’t panic, you won’t have to wait too long. You can pre-order the iPhone 4 on June 15. It’ll be available for sale in the U.S. on June 24.
