Furious husband detonates bomb to kill wife

<p>&nbsp;</p><p>A furious Thai quarry worker detonated a bomb in his home&ndash;killing himself and his wife&ndash;after a domestic dispute.</p><p>Investigators say a Thai quarry worker was so upset with his wife that he detonated an explosive device out of rage after the two quarreled. The blast was so great that villagers up to 31 miles away believed the explosion was an invasion by the Cambodian army.</p><p>According to reports, the 52-year-old man was head of the explosives team at a quarry, and had checked out 50 bars of C-4 explosives that were supposed to be returned to the depot. His brother-in-law, who also works at the quarry, told reporters that he believes that the explosives were intentionally set off after a heated argument&ndash;as his sister and her husband &ldquo;were known to engage in fierce fighting.&rdquo;</p><p>The house was completely destroyed and both bodies were thrown in different directions by the force of the blast. Police have been investigating the matter since November.</p>
