Brad Pitt and ex Jennifer Aniston didn’t meet at Sunday’s Golden Globes, but they may meet in court.
Brad, 46, and Jen, 40, have both been subpoenaed in a case that begins March 8 against their endorsement agent Todd Shemarya.
Lawyer Keith Fink tells Life & Style that his client, Heather Devlin, is suing Todd (her former boss). Brad is being called as a witness about “Todd’s practice of getting and keeping gifts from high-end outfits that were intended for Brad,” he says. Jen is being called “primarily because Todd falsely claims she complained about Heather.”
