He hasn’t made a complete transformation, but he’s working on it. Whether you love him or love to hate him, Soulja Boy seems to be trying to toss his “superman” days and step into a more lyrical realm… I’m not too sure if he’s there yet, it is definitely a work in progress… but one things for sure, his newly formed sound is a turn around that can’t go un-noticed.

Solange
If you haven’t gotten put on to solange yet, then I’m afraid to say that you are pretty behind the curve. Her acclaimed sophomore album Sol-Angel and the Hadley Street Dreams has upgraded this songstress from a pop-dance snub to an electro-soul cool kid. Embracing her eclectic sound and embodying a “love it or leave it” attitude has not only allowed Solo to step out of her sister’s shadow but pave a lane of her own.
