Quite an eventful night tonight. If like me you haven’t followed the mixtape game since it went digital, take the time to scroll down the frontpage, you’ll see nothing but photoshopped mixtape covers. Tonight we saw mixtape “DJs,” who are desperately trying to hold onto what they’ve been doing for years, flex their “muscle” and flood the “streets” with their latest releases. But, we also saw real time reactions from those who it affects the most. Basically, there were a few new tapes including a Drake tape (that’s not really a Drake tape) and there were whispers that another Drake reference song would be leaking tomorrow. Production duo Tha Bizness just saw another T-Wayne song leak and decided to take matters into their own hands… they leaked the song that was going to drop tomorrow.
