While we miss the outrageous looks she’s presented us with in the past, we have to admit that we’re down with the new Lady Gaga.
When Gaga debuted her new black ‘do and makeup-free face last month, we knew it meant change was coming just in time for her new album ARTPOP. We weren’t sure of what to expect exactly – because there’s really no way to outdo a meat dress, but it’s a new and subdued Mother Monster that’s been clawing for our style radar, and we are here for it.
Over the weekend, she stepped out of the Chateau Marmont hotel looking like a lumberjack lady in the best way possible. Keeping her style simple yet sexy, she strutted around in a black and red oversized top that was just a wee bit longer than her short shorts.
No Gaga outfit is complete without a pair of sky-high shoes. Lately, she’s been all about her leather Azzedine Alaïa lace-up platform boots, serving us with some serious shoe envy.
But her shoes aren’t even the best part of the look. While they are a close second, it’s her flaw-free face and voluminous curly locks that we’re in a bad romance with.
And by bad we mean good, of course.
