Yesterday was Small Business Saturday, and of course President Obama made his annual stop at a local business to celebrate.
This year, Obama chose the local book store Politics & Prose in Washington, D.C. for his visit, and took daughters Malia and Sasha with him.
Walking through the store to find some books to take home, Obama and his daughters ended up buying “Harold and the Purple Crayon,” “The Kite Runner,” and “Collision Low Crossers: A Year Inside the Turbulent World of NFL Football.”
With plenty of photographers and press around to see the President’s choices, eventually Obama made his way to the cashier and out the exit with a smile.
Politics & Prose is not a new store visit for the Obama family, as Michelle Obama once had a book signing there back in May.
Gosh these girls are growing so fast.
