While Chris Weidman is busy celebrating his victory from last night’s UFC 168 fight that defends his middleweight title, Anderson Silva is in some serious pain.

Weidman won the fight after Silva used his left leg to kick him, which broke as he tried a second-round left kick that Weidman (11-0) blocked with his own left shin during the second round of the fight.

He was seen being offered some serious medical attention as Weidman couldn’t help but try to quietly celebrate his huge win.

After the fight Weidman said of the win:

“I did work on checking kicks,” Weidman said. “I figured if I (caught) him on my knee, it could really hurt him. Crazy how this happened.”

The injury was hard to see in real-time during the fight, but fans and viewers were able to see just how brutal it was once it was played slowly during the replay.
