Sad news, music fans. Big Boi just confirmed that there is actually no Outkast album in the works.

Rumors have been swirling for months now about a reunion album courtesy of the dynamic duo, but Big Boi shot them all down when he spoke to Revolt TV during NBA All Star Weekend.

When asked about the likelihood of a seventh album from the group, Big Boi said:

“No, no, no. We’re just doing the tour only, just for the fans. That’s all it is, just the tour…It’s just the Outkast 20th year anniversary, just a way for us to celebrate with our fans, but there’s no album in the works, no.”

But you can still look out for new music from Big Boi and Andre 3000, as they are both working on solo projects. Big Boi is dropping a Game Of Thrones-inspired mixtape in a few weeks, which is set to feature Common and Wale.

You can also witness the greatness that is Outkast in a town near you; they’re headlining 40 music festivals, including Drake‘s OVO Fest, Coachella, and New York City’s Governors Ball.
