Bill Cosby is fighting back against the claims against him, as his lawyer says that the comedian was not in California on the day that model Chloe Goins claims he sexually assaulted her there.
Now, the model is responding to his lawyer, as her own lawyer is asking for proof that he was not present in the state, like he says.
Spencer Kuvin tells People Magazine:
“If he has evidence then we would like to see it, and the LAPD would like to see it too.”
“Otherwise, it is just a lawyer’s words. Additionally, I appreciate Mr. Singer admitting that Mr. Cosby has kept records going back to 2008. We would like to see where he was for the entire summer of 2008 and if he was ever at the mansion.”
Chloe is accusing Mr. Cosby of assaulting her at the ‘Midsummer Night’s Party’ held at the Playboy Mansion in 2008, which was held on August 9th.
Meanwhile, Bill Cosby is still performing for his beloved fans, and was reportedly greeted at his Denver show by 100 protesters, who chanted statements like “Rape is not a joke,” and “No means no.”
The protestors were led by Gloria Allred, who is a famous lawyer representing seven of the women who are accusing Mr. Cosby of sexual assault.
