Paul Walker‘s death is still very difficult for most people to wrap their heads around, including his dad. Two years after the actor’s death, his father is suing Porsche for wrongful death.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Paul William Walker III filed a lawsuit against the car brand, saying the Porsche Carrera GT that his son was riding in lacked safety features that could have saved his life. Walker III alleges Porsche knew the model had a history of instability and control issues, and seeks unspecified damages. The lawsuit follows a similar one filed by Walker’s daughter Meadow in September.

Porsche has yet to respond.

Queen of shade? Mariah Carey is unaware of a lot of things that are not beneficial to her, including aging and Jennifer Lopez. She said she doesn’t understand why people would put a number on themselves. As for her beef with J.Lo, when asked about saying she didn’t know who Jennifer Lopez was during an interview with The Cut, MC replied:

“Recently? I don’t know. [yawns] I’m sorry, I’m having a “sleep” moment. Well, there was a very interesting shirt that a fan made with a quote that I said years ago that, when I said it, I really wasn’t trying to be funny. I was just being honest and everybody’s kind of blowing it out of proportion but this guy had a shirt on and it was a picture of me that he made and the quote was underneath it — and I’m going to leave you hanging as to what it was.”

We’re still not clear on whether or not the diva was throwing shade.
