Hello Global Grind Fam! Before I write my blog I want to tell you that I have a new twitter page in case you were wondering where I disapeared to! I deleted my @officialTila Page, and now my new page is: @TilaOMG (That’s O not a zero) So Follow me for more fun updates in my crazy world! Ok here we go:I have not written a blog here for quite some time now due to my extremely busy schedule, and no, I am not trying to sound pretentious, but that is just the truth!  I have missed blogging at Global Grind since everyone who works at Global Grind have always been supportive of me and I consider them  my family. Anyway, I wanted to blog this time about becoming a mogul.  Yes, laugh all you want, but a mogul indeed I have transformed into.  A year ago, I told my friend that in 2010 I would like to be in a position of “POWER” and with POWER, you can you USE that power to help people.  Now that it is 2010, and mind you, we are still very early in 2010, I have already started up and launched many, many, many coorporations and companies.  It feels good when I look at my email header when I am doing business, and I have all of my companies listed and all of it says “MISS TILA, CEO.”

What companies and corporations have I launched you ask? Well I am now the CEO of my very own Record Label, Tila Tequila Records, to which the first artist I signed was Raz B from R&B group B2K.  I have also signed a major hearthrob from New Zealand that was on “NEW ZEALAND IDOL” and was the last 2 standing! I will fly out my new artist from New Zealand soon and provide him with a hefty advance so that he can live in LA to record and continue to make music.  I plan on doing a HUGE music release for him sometime late this Summer or early Fall.  It feels SO GOOD, that when I speak to my artists, they literally call me “BOSSLADY” haha!  Because I am, afterall, the CEO of my Record Label.  I even have a head A&R that works for my label as well as an in house producer and PR FIRM and yes, I set this all up myself. I have no doubt in my mind, that my artists will really BLOW UP MASSIVELY!  You will all know who they are soon enough!  I am quite excited because once when I was a young girl, I used to dream about making music, and being signed.  Now, not only do I have my own Record Label, I actually have my own music being released through my label!  My first single “I LOVE MY DJ” will be release worldwide on Itunes on April 13th!!! During that time I will be in NYC for about a week to do my radio tour, and perform on a few TV shows live!  This is pretty much standard for any musician to do, except, I am running things because this is my label! BOSS STATUS!
