Nick Cannon stopped by Access Hollywood and went all the way in on the Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey fight caught on tape during American Idol auditions.

As you might expect, the America’s Got Talent host defended his wife, saying she reacted classily by keeping her calm while Nicki was cursing her out.
He also went on to imply that the Idol producers leaked the tape, questioning how the footage got out to the public.
“My wife is the strongest and the classiest woman I’ve ever met. If you watch the video she just maintains her composure like she does. I don’t think she’s moved by the theatrics and the pageantry of it all. She signed up to do a job to help young people accomplish their dreams. I hope this is not what the show is about, is the cat fights.”
Well, the blow up between Nicki and Mariah looks like it was much more than a catfight; things got extremely serious, extremely fast.
