That girl Azealia Banks sure does look good in “Blue Jeans.”

Scratch that — we meant sounds good.

MUSIC: Lana Del Rey “Blue Jeans (Odd Future’s The Internet Remix)”

Mark Foster and Isom Innis, two members from Foster the People, are working on a side DJ project called Smims&Belle. The first track released from the project is this clubby remix to Lana Del Rey’s soulful hit “Blue Jeans.”

Forget everything you know about the original “Blue Jeans.” While that song was downbeat, this remix is hyperactive. It sounds perfect for someone like Azealia, who races through the track like it was a track meet. In fact, this song sounds more like Azealia’s breakout hit “212” more so than any kind of song Del Rey has done.

It’s dope, though. And one of the standouts from all of the Lana Del Rey remixes we’ve heard over the last couple of months.

Give the track a listen and tell us what you think.
