Yes, you read that right.
George Zimmerman has made his first appearance after his acquittal. The man who shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was spotted at an intersection on a Florida highway saving someone’s life.
How ironic.
Sanford Police Department Capt. Jim McAuliffe explains that Zimmerman, “”pulled an individual from a truck that had rolled over.” The Florida Highway Patrol is now investigating.
We’d imagine Zimmerman, who has a so-called “hero complex,” is very pleased with himself.
Zimmerman and his family have received countless death threats, and George has taken to wearing a bullet-proof vest whenever he goes out, but not much else is known about the former neighborhood watch volunteer’s whereabouts since he was acquitted of murder.
We’ll be watching.
