Despite their work on ‘Massive Attack’ which is the first single off Nicki Minaj’s forthcoming debut album, it is rumored that all is not well with the female rapper and the song writer Sean Garrett.
According to Hiphopwired.com the recording process behind Minaj’s first single has caused a rift in the relationship with her and Sean Garrett. Reports state that although Garrett penned ‘Massive Attack‘ Minaj altered some of the lyrics that appear on the final product. It is rumored that a dispute has started between the two over the publishing rights for the song. Furthering this feud Garrett reportedly wanted Minaj to appear at his video shoot but she was a no show.
No official statements have been made by either artist.
