Possible baby mama Mariah Yeater might be charged with statutory rape over her alleged 30 seconds of sex with Justin Bieber.
The 20-year-old claims that she had sex with the Biebs when she was 19, resulting in pregnancy. Mariah says she gave birth to a now three-month-old boy and that Justin is the baby’s father.
Between blogs and Beliebers, Mariah has had a lot of negativity to fight off. Now, she can add another, more serious force to that list – the police!
Being that the Biebs was only 16 at the time of the encounter, Mariah could be investigated for having sex with a minor three year younger than her, which is illegal in California.

The Los Angeles police Commander, Andrew Smith, told the Associated Press:
“If it’s brought to our attention, of course we’ll look into it,” Smith said.
Mariah’s lawyer, Matthew Pare, has spoken to the press about the potential investigation:
“The issue of statutory rape, even if she’s guilty, hypothetically, that has no bearing on the duties to provide child support. It’s a totally separate issue.”
“The most important thing for our client is letting her baby know who his father is.”
Since Mariah Yeater was not more than three years older than Justin, it only counts as a misdemeanor, which is a sentence of up to one year in jail.
