Halle Berry has been working hard to try and keep her ex Gabriel Aubry away from seeing their daughter Nahla.

As we reported earlier this morning, Halle brought up claims against Gabriel and now he’s being investigated for child endangerment.

Turns out the court hearing has been pushed to Monday, being that the proper judge to handle the case is on vacation!

Nahla’s nanny told police that Gabriel pushed her while she was holding Nahla in her arms, after the two had an argument about why Nahla wasn’t in school.

DETAILS: Halle Berry Warns Gabriel Aubry To Stay Away From Daughter Nahla!

According to TMZ, Judge Scott Gordon, who was in place of the proper judge, heard Halle’s plea, but decided to not make the decision himself, and leave it in the hands of the original judge.

So what does that mean for Nahla? The judge believes that there are enough protections for her to stay safe until next week for the hearing.

Halle just has to stay patient with her guard up until Monday!

Sources are saying that Gabriel claims he didn’t push the nanny, but she tripped and fell on her own.

RadarOnline reports:

Why in the world would Gabriel push the nanny causing her to fall while she was holding his daughter?” a source close to the situation asks. “Gabriel is fiercely protective of Nahla. The nanny tripped, and she fell while holding Nahla. Yes, Gabriel and the nanny were arguing, he felt like his parenting skills were under attack again. Gabriel can’t believe how out of control this situation has become. He is hopeful that criminal charges won’t be filed against him.

We’re going to have to wait until Monday to find out what happens in the ongoing Halle/Gabriel custody saga.
