Justin Bieber, concussed and all, sang his heart out to fans while standing on a balcony in Paris, France.
Bieber walked into a glass door after coming off stage while on tour and knocked himself out for a good fifteen seconds. The Biebz told TMZ:
“I guess me and glass windows just don’t work.”

Slow down, young grass hopper! But even though he is concussed, Bieber is still on his grind. The 18-year-old “Boyfriend” singer made a point to go out onto the balcony of the Universal Records building in Paris to serenade his French fans with some of his songs.

Justin caused mad chaos, as usual, amongst his fans for his free little concert, and all that high pitched screaming could not be good for a headache!
