The day where geeks, dweebs and people who watch Big Bang Theory celebrate their love for the number 3.14159265359…. So in honor of that, we’re celebrating other things that seem to go on forever with this list.
A Beef Breakdown: Azealia Banks Vs. Every Rapper, Oh, & Her Management
While none of these are actually cool enough to literally go on forever, it sure seems like it sometimes.
We’re talking about things like Kim K’s divorce, that one Twitter rant Yeezy did for like 4 hours, and the number of times Taylor Swift’s heart has been broken. Whew!

1. Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ Divorce
Kim and Kris may have only been married for a hot minute (72 days to be exact), however their divorce, it seems, is never going to end! Kim has since moved on with rapper Kanye West and seems really happy. The two are expecting their first child together, something Kim has always wanted, and have since purchased a mansion together, so why won’t Kris let it go? Beats us! But we hope, for the sake of everyone involved, that the divorce is finalized soon.
2. The List of People Azealia Banks Has Beef With
It seems every other day Azealia Banks’ name is trending for Twitter beefin’ with someone. It started with Oakland rapper Kreayshawn and has spanned to, well – just about every other rapper in the game. T.I., Iggy Azalea, Perez Hilton, Funkmaster Flex and even her own managers! Who won’t Azealia beef with?!
3. Kanye West’s Rants
Kanye West has been stirring up controversy since he came up. Now a days, it’s what he does best; whether it’s taking digs at celebs, screaming and tossing mics on stage or our personal favorite: going off on Twitter rants! But we have to admit sometimes Kanye’s got a point (and a brilliant one at that). When he’s not firing shots at fellow musicians, Yeezy brings up some very pressing issues. In one of his earliest rants, Ye asked fans how they felt about the use of the word ‘bitch’ in hip-hop lyrics, more recently he’s even discussed one of his more innovative business ventures: a tech line that he believes will “pick up where Steve Jobs left off.” Let ’em know, Ye.
4.Taylor Swift’s Heartbreak
Taylor Swift first appeared on the music scene strumming her guitar and belting out songs about losing her one true love, a guy named ‘Drew.’ The thing about love is that with it, comes heartbreak – a lesson T-Swift knows all too well. The media has obsessed over Taylor’s relationships, following each one closely and constantly trying to pin which will become distant memories and which will be the subject of her next hit single. As much as we’d hate to be the guy Taylor’s singing about, we can’t knock her hustle. Her songs are catchy and her albums are always flying off the shelves. Do you, girl.
5. R.Kelly’s Trapped In The Closet
R. Kelly may have sort of fizzled out on the music scene, but the legend of his musical confessions titled “Trapped in the Closet” will forever live on. The series, which seemed long years ago, is now up to part 33. Yup, you read that right. Guess R.Kelly’s still got a lot to fess up to!
6. Rihanna and Chris Brown’s Relationship
RiRi and her on again, off again…and again and again boyfriend Chris Brown started their umm, love story, back in 2008. Things were going smoothly until Breezy lost his temper during an argument the two had and allegedly put his hands on Rihanna. For shame! Everyone deserves a second chance though, even Chris. Rihanna took him back and so it began! The two continued to make hit songs together all the while dating and breaking up over and over, and over, again. Whatever makes you two happy, I guess!
7. Reality TV Ratchetness
TV networks everywhere are serving up heaping dishes of ratchetness hour after hour, day after day and for whatever reason, we as viewers are eating it up! Something about being followed by cameras brings out the worst in everyone and no age group is exempt! Stars of shows like MTV’s Teen Mom and VH1’s Love and Hip-Hop and Mob Wives show us what ratchet really looks like on a weekly basis and with their popularity being what it is, we see no end in sight.
8. Rand Paul’s Drone Filibuster
Drone strikes have taken center stage on Capitol Hill, as Democrats and Republicans debate the use of them within the United States. The debate itself seems to be dragging on and on, due largely in part to filibusters by senators like Rand Paul. On March 6, Paul managed to filibuster for 13 straight hours to stand by his belief that drone strikes in the US would be unconstitutional. Damn! That’s dedication.
9. The Onion’s Inappropriate Jokes
The Onion has been known to make spoof-news of everything, even the most pressing issues, and people love them for it, however they’ve also been known to cross the line. Most recently, 9-year-old Quvenzhané Wallis fell victim to the Onion’s inappropriateness when, following her Oscar nomination, the publication referred to her as the c-word. Ouch! Wallis isn’t the only one, though. They’ve mocked the Trayvon Martin case, writing that George Zimmerman’s arrest following the shooting of Trayvon was just a “single crummy day.” They’ve also come under fire for poking fun of Muslims, posting a photo depicting biblical figures in compromising positions, and even fired shots at the President, writing that “rural white Americans said they would rather vote for Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad than U.S. President Barack Obama.” Yikes! The Onion apologized for their use of the c-word, but we’re sure there’s more where that came from. Stay tuned, folks.
10. Lindsay Lohan’s Legal Troubles
Poor Lindsay Lohan can’t seem to catch a break. LiLo has been brought up on numerous charges including theft and assault. To add insult to injury, it’s been reported that she’s flat broke and had to move back in with her parents. Even Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, has taken jabs at Lindsay, suggesting that the young starlet was selling herself to make a buck. Damn! LiLo is constantly making court appearances and meeting with lawyers; will it ever end?! We hope so, for her sake.
