Woodland Sr. was so well regarded in D.C. that there’s a street named after him in Southeast.</p><p>"If he wasn’t dead, this would have killed him," said one of the victim’s brothers, Calvin Bernard Woodland Jr.</p><p>"I know he didn’t deserve it and I know that justice has to be done, there’s no question about it," Woodland Jr. said. "We won’t settle for anything less."</p>
