In a horrible series of events, a Libyan woman was dragged away from the foreign press after she rushed into the Tripoli hotel to tell reporters she was raped and beaten by Gaddafi’s forces.

A video shows the woman, identified as Eman al-Obeidy, being pulled away from reporters while having a sheet thrown over her head. She was then removed from the hotel, pushed into the back of a car and driven away. This all happened while the foreign press scrambled to figure out what had happened.

According to Reuters, her face was heavily bruised and she said she had been arrested at a checkpoint in Tripoli. “They swore at me and they filmed me. I was alone. There was whiskey. I was tied up,” she said, weeping and stretching out her arms to show scars. “They peed on me. They violated my honor.”

The woman said she had been raped by 15 men and held for two days. This is just sad news. You can watch the video below.
