Lindsay Lohan is going to jail. Judge Marsha N Revel was not pleased with Lohan’s absence in the courtroom Thursday, May 20.
Lohan’s excuse for missing her court date? Her passport was stolen during her trip to France. Apparently she is stuck in Cannes till Friday. Lohan’s attorney spoke in court, where he made the excuse on her behalf.
Judge Revel was not having any excuses. ‘If she wanted to be here, it looks to the court that she could have been here. I don’t know if that was the only thing allegedly lost or stolen from her or not,’ Judge Revel said. “But right now that’s irrelevant. She was ordered to be here. There’s really no valid excuse.”
Judge Revel proceeded to issue an arrest for Lohan due to her missing the court date. The bail is set to $100,000. Will Lindsay spend time in
