It’s been a crazy week in the political arena and with the election right around the corner it surely get more wacky. From bat sh*t  New York Republican gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino making anti-gay comments to a group of Orthodox Jews to Christine O’Donnell being unable to name a single recent Supreme Court decision she disagreed with. With FAILS of this magnitude all around, this is this week’s Political FAILS.

With the election in a couple weeks it’s important to pay close attention to the candidates that are out there, for instance, Carl Palidino is the most vocal and most public figure out there and his mouth seems to land him in hot water all the time. This week the G.O.P. gubernatorial candidate told a group of Orthodox Jews he would veto any marriage equality legislation and went on to say;

‘I just think my children, and your children, will be much better off, and much more successful getting married and raising a family. And I don’t want them to be brainwashed into thinking that homosexuality is an equally valid or successful option. It isn’t.’

See, Palidino is the reason why people should vote in midterm elections, it’s this kind of thinking that prevents us from progress. Palidino is known for his views because he is an honest politician, he will tell you wants on his mind which is commendable but his thinking on civil issues is off.

Another candidate that is making headlines for their candor is Christine O’Donnell, the Republican Senate candidate from Delaware. The young Republican had her first debate earlier in the week and stumbled when asked if she could name a recent Supreme Court decision with which she disagreed  she couldn’t answer instead she told the moderator;

“Um, I’m very sorry, right off the top of my head, I know that there are a lot, but I’ll put it up on my website, I promise you.”

This sounds very much like Katy Couric asking Sarah Palin what newspapers she reads, so it seems that O’Donnell and Paling have more in common than we knew. FAIL

The View had on ‘O’Reilly Factor’ host, Bill O’Reilly to talk some politics, which is always an issue that can get heated, when things took an explosive turn when O’Reilly started debating about Muslims, the Ground Zero Mosque and 9/11 to which Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg stormed off the set in anger. The FAIL doesn’t got to O’Reilly, dude is going to say what he wants and say what he feels, the FAIL goes to Behar and Goldberg, you left in anger so O’Reilly wins.

It’s the art of war when you go up with the likes of O’Reilly,

‘If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him.’ O’Reilly is just plying the game and he won against the View gals.
