You can help give clean water to millions all over the world by just getting off of Instagram.

According to TreeHugger, fashion giant Giorgio Armani and more have teamed with UNICEF to help over 700 million people have excess to clean fresh water.

The UNICEF Tap Project challenges users to put down their cellphones for a certain amount of time. The longer you go without using your phone, the more UNICEF – along with Armani and others – will donate water to people in need. It’s that simple.

With help from UNICEF’s site, users are able to link their accelerometer from their phone to time their moments away from the web and tempting apps. Staying away from your phone for just ten minutes can provide a child with clean water for over a day. If you move your phone, the site will remind you to put it down. If you need to use your phone, you can pause your time and come back to the challenge.

Users can also learn about the importance of water to different places in the world and find more people who have taken the challenge while they wait.
