Two female customers got more than a refund when they were attacked by a group of employees at a fast food chain in Houston, Texas last week.

According to Fox 26, three women were attacked by Chacho’s restaurant employees after a verbal fight turned physical. One of the customers was put in a headlock by a male employee, while another employee pulled a customer’s hair. Officers claim that the women were trying to get a refund for their alcoholic drinks when they found out they couldn’t take them to go.

“Anyone who sees this video is disgusted,” says Peyman Momeni, lawyer of the customers. It happened on Thursday, April the 3rd. And this video provided by the customer’s lawyer shows a different angle of that discussion, which according to him started because of a refund, when the women, seen here, were told they could not take their alcoholic drinks to go.

Although the original video has gone viral with over a million hits, none of the employees were arrested following the brawl. One of the women attacked was arrested for a previous outstanding warrant. The community rallied Sunday to protest the restaurant, but canceled the event when the owner agreed that an investigation will take place.

Community activist, Quannel X, said today, “When you have a manager that already has an attitude, he don’t like the people he is dealing with, speaking to them without respect.  Using the b word to address them. That escalated the problem.”

The victims are now taking legal action.
