It seemed like Mariah Yeater had finally backed down from her paternity test battle with Justin Bieber.
After allegedly having a 30-second sexual encounter with the Biebs last year, Mariah created havoc by claiming 17-year-old Justin was the father of her 5-month-old son Tristyn.
It was claimed by Justin’s team that he took a paternity test, and that everyone was just waiting on Mariah to get her son’s DNA for her part of the test.

Ever since, Mariah hasn’t come forward with anything, and we haven’t heard much from her since.
It turns out she’s back, and is still looking to prove that the Biebs is the father of her son!
While most people believe that her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, is the real father, Mariah is pushing this case as far as it can go.
She told the Chicago Sun-Times:
I dropped my lawsuit, but never my claim. I still definitely want a DNA test and I want to refile my paternity case — I do believe he is the father.
Her lawyer, Jeffery Leving, told the newspaper last month:
Bieber’s counsel hasn’t told me where Bieber’s alleged DNA is secured, nor has provided information substantiating the chain of custody and protocol utilized in the claimed DNA collection and testing.
If negotiations with Bieber’s counsel does not result in DNA testing of everyone under mutually agreeable and controlled conditions, then the legal proceedings will likely need to be refiled.
