The mock-up vaccine eCD4-Ig, created at the Scripps Research Institute in Florida, has been proven to protect monkeys from the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). President Obama has scored another win with Obamacare. The healthcare’s second enrollment saw 11.4 million applicants, exceeding the White House’s target goal of 11.2 million. The deadline for enrollment was two days ago (February 16), but officials are looking to set up a special enrollment period during tax season for people who were fined for not having health insurance. Officials have also given a week extension to those who need help signing up. Penalties for not having coverage in 2014 varied from $95 or 1 percent of your household income.
