Willow Smith's New Haircut is Not Whippable! (PHOTOS)

For the first time ever, audiences willl be able to check out the performances from the Z100's Jingle Ball concert on TV. Fuse will be airing the performances on December 16th, however the broadcast won't include Willow Smith's friend Justin Bieber.

We're not sure why but maybe it has something to do with Willow Smith's new haircut, it could be an act of rebellion telling Fuse that Just Bieber must be aired or she'll shave her head next!

It's going to be pretty tough to teach talk show hosts how to whip their hair now which is okay with us because we were a little tired of having to watch that for every interview.
