What I cant live without: It took me a while to figure this out. But I can’t live without PHYSICAL ACTIVITY..

Ok. So like most women, my body goes through phases. But the truth is, I go through phases which affect my body. When I was unhappy, I would eat and not work out… not a good combination.

Thankfully, I’ve been blessed with good health and a childhood filled with physical activity, ie; dancing, swimming, running, double-dutch, basketball & on & on. When I don’t exercise, I get the ‘blahs’.

So I decided to start treating my body better, by working out consistently. But to get started, I needed some motivation. I absolutely needed a work-out regimen that didn’t take 2 hours, 7 days a week! Ugh!!


Through my need to know where, what, when & why?, I found a program called NYLEAN25. The developer, fitness trainer, Robert Brace, took my jelly roll measurements and promised me that if I worked out for 25 minutes, 3x’s a week my body would change.

Little did I know, that not only would my body change, but my mind would too. I’m happier and let’s be real about it shall we… I like the way my clothes fit, my skin is clear and I feel goooooood!

Don’t take my word for it. Step out on faith and make a positive & healthy change. In today’s world, that’s truly all we have.
