Somebody's lying about Miguel's "Jump Gate" scandal, and we have a funny feeling it isn't Miguel. 

Khyati Shah, the audience member who got leg dropped during Miguel's unfortunate dance mishap, is considering suing, according to E!Online. 

He's winning, and while black Twitter is being pretty hard on our boy Miguel now, he should also be aware that Black America might be judgmental, but they're also the most forgiving. 

When Miguel isn't doing Hulk Hogan's infamous leg drop move on his fans, he's making music. 

So the Billboard Music Awards were live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas last night. What's better than an awards show in Sin City? Nothing.
